With over 65 years of experience, we are a leader in vacuum forming and deliver high-quality plastic components to the industry. We are part of CalixKlippan AB, a group with industry-leading companies in Sweden and Europe, primarily focused on the automotive sector. Our goal is to supply the market, mainly the automotive industry, with components, systems, and accessories that enhance safety, comfort, and design.    

Our facility in Broby, in northeastern Skåne, is equipped with advanced technology for vacuum and pressure forming. We deliver complete products through post-processing in CNC-controlled milling machines and by assembling components into the machined parts  

We create long-term value for our customers through expertise, high quality, and short lead times. Our dedicated team of around 50 employees has extensive knowledge and a passion for innovative plastic solutions. Through close collaborations with leading companies, we deliver high-performance products to customers in Sweden and Europe

About the position

As a technical sales representative, you will play a key role in a larger sales team. You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring a profitable business for both parties 

The position reports directly to the CEO in an organization with short decision-making processes 

Who are you?

We are looking for an engaged and persistent individual who is passionate about creating and developing customer relationships. You are able to understand, develop, and communicate our technical solutions to the customer. A team player with a constant focus on business acumen and customer satisfaction 

Your main tasks:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in Sweden as well as internationally. 
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Negotiate with customers to create optimal business terms
  • Initiate and follow up on customer projects to ensure customer satisfaction and quality

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in sales and business development
  • The ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical solutions that create value for our customers.
  • Proven experience in technical sales/business development and contract management
  • Fluent in Swedish and highly proficient in English, both spoken and written (corporate language)
  • A valid driver's license (B) and the ability to travel approximately one week per month

Desirable experiences

  • Higher technical education.
  • Industry experience from the manufacturing plastic industry
  • Experience working within the automotive industry 
  • Experience working with CRM systems

Location Broby. The work is primarily remote, but occasional presence in Broby is required.
