About Formplast
With over 65 years of experience, we are a leader in vacuum forming and supply high quality plastic components to industry. We are part of CalixKlippan AB, a group with industry-leading players in Sweden and Europe. Our facilities in Broby and Olofström are equipped with advanced technology for vacuum and pressure forming. We deliver complete products through post-processing in CNC-controlled milling machines and through the assembly of components in the machined parts.
We create long-term value for our customers through expertise, high quality, and short lead times. Our dedicated team of around 50 employees has extensive knowledge and a passion for innovative plastic solutions. Through close collaborations with leading companies, we deliver high-performance products to customers in Sweden and Europe
About the position
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our sales team. You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with both new and existing customers, as well as developing business that generates the greatest possible value for our customers.
The position reports directly to the CEO in an organization with short decision-making processes
Who are you?
We are looking for a committed and tenacious person who is passionate about creating and developing customer relationships. You are able to understand, develop and communicate our technical solutions to customers. A team player with a constant focus on business acumen and customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks:
- Identify and develop business opportunities in Sweden as well as internationally.
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Negotiate with customers to create optimal business terms
- Initiate and follow up on customer projects to ensure customer satisfaction and quality
Qualifications:
- Good experience in sales and business development, or experience from an operational technical role with regular customer contact
- The ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical solutions that create value for our customers.
- Fluent in Swedish and good written and spoken English (group language)
- B driving license and ability to travel about one week per month
Desirable experiences
- Higher technical education
- Industry experience in the manufacturing plastics industry
- Experience working within the automotive industry
- Experience working with CRM systems
We place great importance on personal qualities in this recruitment, and are therefore open to candidates with a different technical background
Location Broby or Olofström: To ensure effective collaboration with team, development and production, presence in the office is required three days a week
