The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role within the company. You will be part of a smaller US-based sales team, but you will not be working alone. The company has approximately 100 employees and is continuously growing. Together with marketing, the broader sales organization, and delivery teams, you will:

  • Develop new business relationships with key stakeholders and position the company as a leading provider of food processing equipment.


  • Expand the customer base in North America, with a focus on business development and new business


  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs, contributing directly to the company’s growth.


  • Maximize efficiency in developing, and winning new business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial technical solution sales, preferably within the food processing or process equipment industry


  • Strong track record managing complex sales cycles and key accounts


  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and time zones
  •  
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


  • Experience using CRM systems to track and develop customer relationships and business opportunities


  • Based in Indiana, Chicago, or Atlanta (must hold a valid US work permit)


  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in technical solution sales within cooking, frying, and freezing equipment for the food processing industry, preferably in the meat and poultry sector


  • Experience leveraging CRM systems to manage customer relationships and business growth


  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Model and the ability to challenge customer assumptions


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field


  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required

Logistics & Practical Details

  • Flexibility: Work remotely with the option to use office space if desired.
